D & L Engineering Service Pty Ltd is a well-established Structural Steel & Pipe Fabrication Company, are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in out business.

The role

Reporting to and supported by the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will bring on board your sales skills and knowledge to drive the company’s growth and strategy.

You will lead the sales team by example, developing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Your ability to develop strong relationships with your clients and maximise opportunities across all areas of the business will bring you success in this role.

Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation's image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public.

Experience /attributes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Experience in a similar role
- A proven understanding of technical data, selections and terminology
- Excellent account management and relationship building skills
- Ability to analyse market data and make data driven decisions based on that data
- Results oriented & self-driven
- Strong decision making skills
- Highly motivated to succeeding
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite as well as CRM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
