Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Sydney team.

Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial laundry machinery — from installation and commissioning through to service and maintenance.

You will be part of a supportive, skilled, and customer-focused team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both reactive and preventative maintenance for laundry machinery
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning on client sites
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Manage and maintain van stock, tools, and service parts
• Support customers with troubleshooting and operational guidance

• Electrical Trade Certificate or Cert III in Appliance Servicing (with electrical endorsement)
• Restricted Electrical Licence or higher (essential)
• Current Driver's Licence (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability across electromechanical systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience with commercial or industrial laundry machinery (highly regarded)
• Willingness to travel interstate and regional areas as required
• Gas licence (advantageous)
