**The Role**

The Solar and Emerging Businesses Solar Installation Coordinator Team will provide post-sale and Field Services process management and support to all Origin Energy residential solar customers. The Field Services Coordinator is the vital link in managing the end-to-end sale to Field Services process, and will support the operational requirements through the development, and growth of the Origin residential solar portfolio.

**Main key responsibilities include**:

- The day-to-day co-ordination, allocation, scheduling, completion and initiation of grid-connection of Origin residential Solar PV Field Services including solar installations, battery installations and service repair
- Communicating with customers directly to manage all pre and post-Field Services workflows, enquiries and information validation requirements.
- Liaising with Contractors and Field Supervisors in order to provide technical support where required
- Engage, co-ordinate and manage the allocation of work to approved Contractors
- Liaising with Distributors and Retailers to prepare and submit all relevant documentation for both pre and post-Field Services requirements, to ensure customer’s systems are operational in the shortest possible time

**Is this you?**

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or an operations environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to operate in a fast pace, evolving environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intermediate use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional customer service attributes, particularly the ability to communicate in a concise, polished and professional manner
