**Our Family**:

- Our daughter is a 14 year old high-schooler that needs assistance getting through her afternoon. She lives with her Mum and two cats for most of the week and her Dad and one dog (just 300 metres down the road) for some days. We are a close family of 3 just working out of two houses. Mum and Dad are full-time at work with a fair amount of flexibility and work from home a few days a week.

**Your Duties**:

- Duties will be around connecting with our daughter after school, getting her organised for a successful afternoon, helping her to organise her homework and supervising it being done, helping daughter to make a nutritious dinner and getting her to sport or tutoring. Assistance with conducting anthropological digs on her bedroom may also be required. Daughter has ambitious art projects that will often require some oversight.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our daughter will respond to a young carer who, preferably, has had a few life challenges so gets the angst of being a teenager or someone with a bit of life experience that can guide with calm authority. Our daughter is super smart and is pretty sure that she has it all sorted and yet needs so much guidance We need someone who can push back on a strong - minded teen so having a clear mindset on what is good for a young person will be important.
