**Position Overview**: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Greek Support Workers to join our growing team in the Sydney area. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our Greek-speaking clients by assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional and social support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and maintaining social connections.
- Monitor and report on clients' health and wellbeing, ensuring any changes are communicated promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
- Encourage and facilitate clients' independence and self-confidence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a related field (qualification not required for domestic assistance) or previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Greek, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Greek-speaking clients.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
