**YOUR ROLE???**
Our client is looking to add a professional Work Health & Safety Advisor to their team based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, due to increased project scope and client growth. This role will see you focusing on key role responsibilities such as health, safety and wellbeing services, advice and solutions that enable positive people and organisational outcomes. You will report to the General Manager - People to drive embedded systems and a people focused safety culture.

This is an enabling role to support the GM to lead and oversee their people focused processes, policy and support, specifically enabling a workplace that is safe, healthy, and supportive of the optimal performance of all employees. This is a critical role in ensuring that there is embedded policy, procedure, and practice (including reporting) that is consistent with all WHS legislative obligations.

**IS THIS YOU...**
To be successful in this role you will possess but not limited to:

- **Minimum Cert IV Qualification in Work Health and Safety - Diploma**:

- **Degree level qualification highly regarded**:

- **Successfully completed a course in quality management**:

- **Proven experience in quality management.**:

- **Proven record of accomplishment leading, supervising, and motivating a team of Health and Safety representatives**:

- **High level information analysis skills to facilitate understanding and/or decision-making.**:

- **Hold and maintain a minimum of NV1 Security Clearance**:

- **Certified Lead or Internal auditor course & **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment HIGHLY REGARDED**
