**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Car Care / retention specialist to join our team. This role blends expert advice on auto care products with managing and creating service bookings and fostering strong customer relationships to drive retention. You'll assist customers in selecting the right care solutions, ensure smooth service bookings, and implement retention strategies to encourage loyalty and repeat business—all within a flexible schedule that fits within school hours parameters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage post sale with customers to understand their vehicle care needs and recommend suitable products.
- Promote and sell auto care solutions, including protective coatings, window tinting, Onboard dash cameras products, and maintenance services.
- Assist customers in booking in for future vehicle services, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Implement customer retention initiatives to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer additional care solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of service offerings, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Ensure dealership displays are organised and visually appealing.
- Work closely with the Sales and service teams to coordinate bookings and retention efforts.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working within school hours, making this role ideal for parents or those needing a balanced schedule.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in vehicle sales, service, or automotive care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to manage service bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to implement retention strategies and foster customer loyalty.
- Passion for automotive care and a deep understanding of car maintenance products and services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to meet sales and retention targets.
