As a boutique residential builder they have been operating for over thirty years specialising in high-end renovations, Townhouses, Units, New Architecturally Designed Homes and Small Commercial Projects.

**The Role**:
They are actively seeking a Construction / Operations Manager with significant Estimation and Contract Administration to join this small, tight-knit team in their office based in Brisbane's South-side.

Reporting Directly to the Directors you will manage all aspects of Estimating and project administration throughout the delivery of the projects.

**The Person**:

- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a CA/Estimator position on residential or commercial property.
- Strong experience with project, cost control and estimating software.
- A positive attitude and desire to work in a progressive and collaborative team environment
- Completing sales and production Estimating requirements and documentation
- Produce selection variations, post contract variations, and building variations
- Previous Databuild, Cubit and Buildertrend experience (desirable however not essential)
- Proven procurement and negotiation skills are a must
- Document Control, ensuring documents and information are updated and available in a timely manner.
