As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled **Machinist** to take ownership of our CNC machinery and support our production team.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a CNC operator for the brake press, plasma table, router and some other associated equipment and processes. If you're a trades person and are looking to get off the tools but still be in the environment, designing and making parts to keep the welders moving, then this is your opportunity.

This role is perfect for a **Machinist/Boiler Maker/Body Builder/Fabricator/Other trade** who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working with **CNC equipment** to create high-quality parts for our projects. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of CNC and automated machines, ensuring smooth production workflows, and assisting with simple design work for custom components.

You’ll be working with:

- **CNC Brake Press**:

- **CNC Plasma Cutter**:

- **CNC Router**:

- **Injection Moulding Machine** (occasional use)
- **3D Print Farm** (mínimal but occasional involvement)

Your role will be critical in **supporting our manufacturing and fabrication teams**, ensuring they have the right parts, components, and materials to keep production moving efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain **CNC machines**, ensuring accuracy and quality in all parts produced.
- Set up and adjust machines for different materials and production requirements.
- Perform **basic design work** for custom parts and projects (most cut files will be provided).
- Troubleshoot machine issues, perform **routine maintenance**, and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Work closely with the **fabrication and manufacturing teams** to provide high-quality service and parts.
- Assist with general **workshop operations** where required.

**About You**:

- Experience as a **Machinist** working with CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with **CNC brake press, plasma cutting, and routing** is required.
- Ability to perform **basic design work** using CAD/CAM software.
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to **quality and precision**.
- Self-motivated, **takes ownership of their work**, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to **continuous improvement** in our manufacturing processes.
