We are currently seeking experienced and safety conscious Site Supervisor for a fuel tanks maintenance project in Lytton QLD to join our team.

The employee will be responsible and accountable for the following:

- Ensure all work practices are carried out in as safe a manner as possible and always complies with all applicable legislation and Saunders International’s Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) policies / procedures.
- Supervise maintenance activity and team members including direct Leading Hands, Tradespeople and Apprentices
- Deliver work in accordance with design method statements and drawings
- Complete labour task activity time keeping for all projects
- Plans the work and ensures that deadlines are met
- Provide input to project schedule updates
- Prepare and run toolbox meeting and pre-start meeting with the team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 10 years relevant industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tanks maintenance experience is essential, preferably in refineries or fuel terminals.
