**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites as a Night Guest Service Agent.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide efficient and professional service and ensure a smooth check in and check out process for guests
- Give a friendly welcome every time a guest comes past the reception desk
- Guide & support the team in providing an outstanding and welcoming guest experience
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Availability to work shifts between 10:00pm and 6:00am, Monday to Sunday

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent is desirable but not necessary.
