**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Services Supervisor to join our People Solutions Team (Shared Services) supporting our WA and Victoria operations. This pivotal role serves as the central point of expert HR services knowledge, ensuring the integrity of our HR systems and processes.
Leading a small team of highly skilled and collaborative HR professionals, you will be responsible for:
**HR Expertise**: Provide comprehensive HR knowledge, including employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, compensation programs, and HR policies & procedures.
**Workday HR System**: Maintain the integrity of the Workday HR system, ensuring accurate data management and payroll input.
**Stakeholder Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business.
**Service Delivery**: Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR Help Desk, ensuring consistent service delivery.
**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
**Continuous Improvement**: Drive key initiatives of the People Solutions strategy and implement HR business processes aligned with global requirements.
Project Management - Support regional and global HR projects.
Travel will be required to our Pinjarra based Bindjareb office and on occasion to our local operations in the Peel region, however the role can be based in our head office in Perth CBD (Booragoon until Q3 2025) or from our Bindjareb office in Pinjarra.

**What you can bring to the role**:
Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is highly advantageous.
Supervisory experience within a HR position with knowledge of HR and payroll systems, preferably Workday and ADP GlobalView.
Proven analytical skills, ability to interpret legislation, exceptional communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
Experience of systems implementations such as time & attendance or other new technologies.
Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across multi-site remote, locations.
