**Your Role**
Are you a visionary **Large Loss Building Repair Auditor** ready to forge powerful, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders and partners? Join us at IAG, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our organisation, ensuring we meet and exceed our high standards in customer service, financial performance, safety, and governance.
Key deliverables for success in this role:
**Quality Control Oversight**: provide quality control oversight by reviewing and evaluating supplier work to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and internal quality standards, while delivering appropriate commercial outcomes consistent with customer expectations.
**Analysis and Insights**: analyse and inform stakeholders of review outcomes and insights, including root cause analysis, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
**Investigation Support**: support investigations of alleged breaches, incidents, or issues identified within the business or by customers and external parties, recommending suitable actions for remediation.
**Capability Improvement and Education**: recommend and support capability improvements through training or coaching, educate suppliers on quality standards and methodologies, and utilise review outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
This is a **permanent role** **and we welcome applicants from anywhere**in Australia.**
**About You**
- You’re an experienced Large Loss Specialist with a strong background in loss assessing, construction or relevant fields
- You know how to identify risk, and the ability to recommend suitable actions for remediation based on investigation findings
- Trade certificate or qualification in building or related field/s preferred
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in supplier quality management and oversight, ability to review and evaluate supplier work meticulously
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Familiarity of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing abilities
- High level of attention to detail to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Understanding of customer expectations and ability to deliver commercial outcomes consistent with those expectations
