**About the Role**
Our Vendor Replenishment Planner supports the Demand Planning process for Krispy Kreme and 7-Eleven. This role will be responsible for the development and improvement of Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes, forecasts, reports and provide data analytics to support Krispy Kreme’s and 7-Eleven’s supply chain and manufacturing strategic initiatives for our omni-channel business.
You will be based within 7-Eleven’s head office and will require a high level of cross functional collaboration and time management to ensure Krispy Kreme’s and 7-Eleven’s business needs are met.

**In this sweet role you will**:
- Collate and distribute forecasts, generate & input to information decks for relevant meetings within the S&OP process for both businesses.
- Create daily orders for 7-Eleven store network ensuring store clusters are supplied with the right stock to meet their customer needs
- Manage the assumptions data base that drives the 0-13 weeks demand plan at store level, 0-12 months at subcategory level
- Use market insights, historical sales trends, consumption trends, and promotional activity assumptions to further develop and refine the demand forecast.
- Work collaboratively with Krispy Kreme and 7-Eleven to maximise new store openings with demand and logistics key to success
- Develop, modify, and communicate the short
- and long-range demand plan to Supply Planning. This role functions as the pivotal communication point for supply and service constraints within Krispy Kreme.
- Track Forecast KPI’s including bias, accuracy and forecast value add. Use these KPI’s to drive improvements.
- Monitor NPD weekly and highlight any variance from forecasts using underlying, documented assumptions to sales/customer/marketing to minimize bias.
- New line administration for Krispy Kreme.
- New line administration for Krispy Kreme SKU's within 7-Eleven.
- Manage day to day logistics for both land and rail.

**What you can bring to the team**:

- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills required in order to provide vision to past and future consumption trends.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation along with BI or other data manipulation software knowledge.
- Strong analytical and thinking skills and desire to learn new skills, possessing a strong sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail. Talent communicating effectively both orally and in writing with people at all organizational levels.
- Capable of managing a variety of tasks simultaneously with rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to appropriately target communication for key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (IT, Supply Chain, Finance) or equivalent training and experience required..
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a combination of sales, marketing, or demand planning, preferably in a CPG or food industry environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L, including variable impacting trends in sales, costing, etc. with an ability to derive messaging based on data.
- Information systems background highly desirable.
