**Role**
Our Client is looking for a hands on Infrastructure Manager which will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the organization's information technology infrastructure, operations & security.

**Up to $150k + Super (Depending on Experience)**

This position involves leading a team of IT professionals, designing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and efficiency of systems, and collaborating with various departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an IT strategy / roadmap in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the IT budget, including identifying cost savings and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimise the current IT infrastructure.
- Optimise the existing IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security, and end-user computing.
- Lead a small team to manage and deliver the IT technical infrastructure stack.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and recommend new technologies and approaches that can improve the company's IT operations.
- Manage networks and computer systems in the organisation to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and Maintain Active Directory and Cloud Applications.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in people leadership and at least 5 years in management of on-prem and cloud.
- Hands-on technical experience with M365, AWS (Preferably), and Networks.
- Strong Infrastructure background (Servers, Storage, Virtualisation).
- Managing a team of two Senior System Administrators and External Vendors.
- Strong experience with Endpoint Management solutions (Windows SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager, etc).
