As Team Manager, you will:

- **Lead & Inspire**- Motivate, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- **Drive Performance**- Take ownership of sales results, KPIs, and business strategy while spotting opportunities to grow.
- **Champion Excellence**- Oversee operations, merchandising, and standards, ensuring every detail reflects the Louis Vuitton spirit.

**Note**:In many businesses, this role would be titled _Store Manager _. At Louis Vuitton, we have a very flat structure — but don’t be misled by the title. It is a highly complex leadership role that demands strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and commercial excellence.
