**About the Role**

Manage the provision of a high quality corporate information technology service focusing on meeting the needs of the business and users within the framework of Company policies and objectives.

Ensure that IT systems enable the efficient, timely and accurate processing and accessing of information. Ensure that IT systems evolve, being an agent of change to coincide with the changing demands of the business.

Ensure that the IT systems and infrastructure, meet or exceed the minimum integrity and security requirements of the Seiko Epson Corporation (SEC) Group and legislation.

**About You**
- Certification in Information Technology systems
- At least 5 - 7 years in a technical role
- At minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity
- Maintain a positive and professional manner and engender a team spirit
- Ensure that your department’s environment is tidy and conducive to efficiency and does not in any way pose a threat to personal safety
- Comply with Epson policies and procedures at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
