**About the Role**

This is an exciting senior administration opportunity to join a small and supportive team at District 16 in Ararat. Offering excellent career development, this is a hands-on position involving the following responsibilities:

- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the district office, ensuring the appropriate prioritisation of issues
- First point of contact for all internal and external clients
- Manage reports and other documentation ensuring correct and appropriate retention and accessibility
- Develop and maintain an effective network and co-operative relationships with internal and external client base ensuring that items raised are dealt with in a responsive, timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support for meetings including agenda preparation, scheduling meetings, catering, minute taking, following up on action items and liaising with Senior Management on meeting outcomes

**About You**

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator or business support professional looking to develop their career with CFA. The role requires a person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and experience working in a large, and complex organisation will be advantageous.
