**About the role**:
We are seeking a **Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator **to join us at our **Riverina Hub. **You will be the first point of contact for the hub and provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.

You will also:

- Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as planning and coordinating events, managing the centres social media, assisting with workshops, functions, seminars and visitor meetings.
- Monitor multiple calendars, handles correspondence or enquiries, and ensures timely follow-up on behalf of the Centre Manager.
- Participate in internal and external working groups to achieve organisational objectives and outcomes for veterans and their families.

**About you**:

- Primarily, an empathetic, altruistic, and caring demeanour and approach, with a genuine passion for Veterans and their families.
- Strong event management skills and experience
- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail with proven administrative skills.
