Role Overview:
As a nightclub promoter, you will be responsible for driving attendance to our venue through effective social media marketing strategies and personal promotion efforts. You will play a key role in creating buzz and excitement around our events and ensuring a lively atmosphere within the club.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Marketing:

- Regularly post engaging content on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat, to attract and engage our target audience.

2. Personal Promotion:

- Utilise your personal network and connections to spread awareness about our nightclub and its events.
- Actively engage with potential attendees both online and offline, encouraging them to visit our venue and participate in our events.
- Distribute flyers, posters, and other promotional materials in strategic locations to maximise visibility and reach (you will be offered this job and you have the option to saying no).

**Requirements**:
1. Social Media Savvy:

- Proficient in using various social media platforms, with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles and trends.
- Ability to create compelling content and engage with followers to build a loyal online community.

2. Strong Networking Skills:

- Extensive personal network and connections within the local community, nightlife industry, and relevant demographics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence others.

3. Self-Motivated:

- Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for nightlife and entertainment.
- Able to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

4. Availability:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the nightclub industry.
- Work from home - this only needs to be done time to time, whenever you’re free and you have time.

- Must demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the club and its events, without needing to be reminded or prompted every time.
