**About the role**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead and contribute to activities that support the development and implementation of innovative business solutions.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and support the delivery of excellence through human-centred design and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Drive change and help build capabilities within the team to support future growth and efficiency.

**About you**

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is an advocate for continuous improvement. You'll help deliver process excellence and will actively contribute to building lasting capabilities within the division.
- Experience in being involved in projects and change initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of solid stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in the Insurance industry with a high level of business understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and building key relationships.
- Proven ability to deliver effective change management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and lateral thinking abilities.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information, including numerical and statistical data.
- Experience using Project Management tools and methodologies, including risk and issue management.
- Significant experience in process improvement and problem-solving within a large, complex organisation, and the ability to deliver detailed business requirements.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and a background in process identification and improvement.
