Position Purpose
To carry out guarding duties at guard sites in accordance with Certis Standing Orders and site instructions, in compliance with AS4421-1996 and all relevant State and/or Federal legislation. Workplace Health & Safety

Conduct incident investigations in a timely manner and ensure that SecurityIncident Reports are completed and submitted.
Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation ofemergency procedures.
Promote and encourage a team approach.
Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous andrespectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
Provide excellent customer service.
Provide protection to the public be ensuring COVID social distancing ismaintained.
Provide security escorts as required.
Report and record security breaches and incidents.
Respond promptly to incidents.
Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise theneed to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention asappropriate. Qualification Skills
