We have a wonderful opportunity for an Inbound Call Center Officer to join our International client who specialises in Electrical equipment on a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.

One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services. For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have great attention to detail.

**The job responsibilities involve the below**:

- High volume inbound calls
- Make out bound calls regarding orders
- Processing orders
- Tracking/Trace deliveries
- Keying orders
- Data entry

**What you will need to succeed;**
- SAP experience - preferred
- Customer Service experience within an _**office**_ based environment
