Our Client is searching for dedicated and committed Support Workers to join her already incredible team. Our Client is a family orientated lady who loves spending time with her husband, daughters and her dog. She also loves nothing more than pottering around in her garden so if you have green fingers that that's an added bonus.

The ideal Support Worker for our Client is someone who can read the room and have absolute attention to detail, is honest and reliable and takes initiative.

The role will involve supporting our Client with personal care, domestic duties, support with light gardening chores, and assisting her with shopping.

Shifts that are available:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 12:30pm & 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am to 12:30pm.

- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Client’s needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals

To be successful you must:

- Resonate with the role description above
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Hold or be willing to obtain NDIS worker screening or yellow card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $39.99 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
