We're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience to join our team that supports NDIS participants with psychosocial needs.

The individuals we are seeking will have experience as a disability support worker in the mental health sector with a background in supporting participants with presentations including Complex PTSD, PTSD, Chronic fatigue, Bipolar, Williams Syndrome, anxiety and depression.

Shifts weekday and weekend 8.00am to 7.00pm (various shifts)

Location: Everton Park and Enoggera area – must be willing to travel to these areas.

What You'll Do:

Support daily personal care, meal preparation and routines

Assist with community access and appointments

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

About You:

Experience supporting individuals with a range of psychosocial needs

Strong communicator, calm and compassionate

Full work rights in Australia

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Cert. III in Individual Support (desirable)
