**What this job involves**

Working onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon, The MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the team through comprehensive workplace management services. This position serves as the backbone of efficient office operations by overseeing relocations, space utilisation, asset management, and vendor relationships while maintaining strong client partnerships.
- **Relocation Management**: Coordinate moves, vendor contracts, on-site support and quality control
- **Space Utilisation**: Oversee seating assignments, neighbourhood management and accurate headcount reporting
- **Asset Administration**: Maintain furniture inventory and manage sustainable disposal through Corrigo
- **Client Relationships**: Serve as primary facilities contact while building effective stakeholder partnerships
- **Vendor Oversight**: Ensure timely, within-budget service delivery adhering to procurement guidelines
- **Financial Management**: Monitor operations to meet targets while following JLL's Code of Ethics
- **Workplace Safety**: Maintain standards, coordinate training and liaise with EHS representatives
- **Administrative Support**: Handle office tasks, verify invoicing and assist with reporting requirements
