**We are seeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist** who aligns with our values, that is focused on providing a high-quality experience for our patients, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression.

**About The Role**:

- You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.
- You will have the opportunity for advancement into higher duties and roles.

**About You**:

- Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Current vaccination and immunisation status
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
