**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the team in this full time, permanent position based in our Balcatta office.
The Program Manager, manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, and supporting project delivery. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the Program of Work and each Project on time and within budget whilst delivering the commercial and operational outcomes required by the business.
**Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to**:
- Develop / monitor and maintain control over the various initiatives and projects across the IFMS Portfolio.
- Implement and program end to end Project Management services from Cost, Commercial & Plan perspective in line with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Proactively support Project Management initiatives as part of our Global Project Management Framework (PMF) deployment.
- Contribute to the achievement of country operational vision and critical priorities and measure progress against key value drivers with locked in agreed KPIs.
- Provide support to IFMS in the pursuit of new and existing business opportunities.
- Conduct & implement commercial negotiation/agreements to improve Projects margin by contract variations.
- Provide support to Accounts through the provision of standardized PM services to achieve and exceed agreed GOP targets.
- Implementation and management of PM related training as determined by contractual requirements, industry standards and Sodexo’s PMF programs.
- Provide PM consultancy services, expertise and support to our existing client in relation to expanding the existing project portfolio.
- Contribute to an overall improvement in safety to achieve a zero-accident culture and mindset.
- Manage project opportunity in line with Sodexo/IFMS operational and performance excellence frameworks.
- Implement and lead IFMS PMO
- Implement and make progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure initiatives are monitored measured and deliver expected value on time in full (OTIF).
- Support IFMS through sharing and utilizing PM best practice and industry trends.
- Deploy and adapt, refresh and continuously improve Project controls process & procedures.
- Identify best practices and innovations that can be shared and scaled in a consistent manner across the business.
- Ensure that audits take place and are documented.
**Program Manager Main Accountabilities**:
- Focus on operational existing, organic and new sales growth to meet and exceed targeted GOP
- Coach and mentor IFMS team to ensure competency and delivery of in applicable Projects processes.
- Share the use of proven innovative Sodexo technology to add value to existing client portfolio.
- Use proven business management techniques to understand, plan and budget to empower operations to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Build, monitor and maintain the PMO in IFMS.

**To be successful, you’ll need**:
- Degree qualified - Business, Engineering or equivalent (highly regarded not essential).
- Proven track record in process creation & Optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience of Project Management across multiple industry sectors (e.g., NFP/Government/Private Enterprise).
- High level of financial acumen with strong P&L performance delivery.
- Strong sales, tender/quote/bid preparation and submission knowledge. Experienced in solution design and a high level of professional writing.
- Strong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirements and processes.
- Strong professional business acumen to ensure all client relationship improvement initiatives are professionally defined, measured, implemented and controlled.
- High level of business case presentation and communication skills with the ability to professionally negotiate and achieve positive client relationship outcomes.
