
Account Support Co-ordinator

**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Account Support Co-Ordinator will support this key government account, providing responses to new business requests utilising customer service and problem-solving skills. You will also be responsible for
regular sales reporting and back-office activities to assist with the Non-Standard Services Request (NSSR) delivery to the various accounts. You MUST be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident. You can work from any location in Australia.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with account requests queue management - for example: review requests, manage low-level/non-financial (customers seeking advice etc.) and redirect non-relevant requests
- Develop and deliver low value quotes using a standard template and rate card. This will involve customer contact to validate requirements and understand problem statement to provide an appropriate solution.
- Manage and produce quote templates
- Arrange meetings to engage technical SMEs to assist/contribute to solutions/quote
- Create Work Breakdown Structure codes and other internal requirements
- Manage customer purchase orders and place orders via DXC procurement system
- Provide ongoing revenue and pipeline reporting
- Other admin/support tasks as required
**SKILLS**
- Strong business acumen - someone who understands the profit imperative
- Good technical knowledge across desktop and server environments
- High-level of Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Commercial acumen
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
- Keen to learn and add value
