Commercial real estate agency looking for a Leasing Coordinator to assist with their property portfolio,
**Your new company**
Our client is a commercial real estate services company providing solutions to property owners, investors and occupiers in the Brisbane area. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Leasing Coordinator to their team to support the management of a portfolio of commercial assets.
**Your new role**
As the Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the drafting of all leasing documentation and licenses for any tenants or activations involved in the client's commercial property portfolio. You will understand leasing and licensing within the commercial property space in order to comment on clauses in leases that are under negotiation. You will also have a general understand of the legal requirements involved in leasing and property matters.

You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time role based in Brisbane. This role will be on a 3 month temporary basis with possibility of extension, offering a competitive rate.
