**Are you a skilled, jack-of-all trades, looking for a way to move forward in your career?**

We are seeking a handy, trade based all-rounder to join our rapidly growing team based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Green Light Property Group is a unique maintenance firm that provides commercial and high-density residential buildings with both emergency repairs, for when things go wrong, and regular maintenance services to keep things on track.

Servicing multiple sites across the Melbourne Region, no two days are the same.

Our business is to assess and complete necessary works, with a focus on reducing the cost of non-operational time to our client’s business.

From simple fixes, to large scale projects, your work will include general maintenance of commercial, strata, owner-occupied and rental properties, as well as liaising with clients, building & facilities managers and residents.

**Who you are**:
With the fluid and fast paced nature of our business, professional communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work independently are essential to thriving in this role.

You’ll be required to problem solve, adapt and learn as you go, so anyone with a curious nature and drive to find creative solutions will be highly regarded.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A skilled labourer or tradesperson, who takes great pride in their work.
- Highly adaptable and willing to work on a variety of projects on a daily basis.
- A quick learner with an eye for detail.
- Previous work experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Painting
- General Repairs
- Landscaping & Gardening Maintenance
- Drivers licence (provisional as a minimum).
- Construction Induction Card - Construction (White Card).

**Highly Regarded**:

- Your own vehicle and tools.
- The capability to be on call on occasional nights/weekends.
- A team player attitude.

This is a full time role, offering an annual salary of between $65,000 to $80,000 plus super, with potential overtime and on-call benefits. Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
