Lease Analyst
**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lease Analyst to support our Lease Administration team. If you have strong Excel skills and a passion for data management, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload and manage lease documents and data in relevant systems.
- Generate and review expenditure rent rolls, flagging variances.
- Process funding requests, purchase orders, and landlord payment inquiries.
- Maintain registers, perform reconciliations, and support year-end service charge reviews.
- Assist with lease renewals and new site preparations.

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred).
- Real Estate (lease administration/data management) experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to manage data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
