This role also offers the opportunity to take on operational management of a complementary sister brand in the future, allowing for additional hours and responsibilities.

**About the Role**

As the **Operations Manager**, you will manage the day-to-day operations, production planning, and inventory forecasting. This flexible role offers the option to work **school hours** and **occasionally remotely**, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Management**: Plan, prioritise, and forecast production needs to meet order deadlines.
- **E-Commerce Store Management**: Oversee and maintain our Shopify store, ensuring products are updated and inventory is accurate.
- **Inventory Management**: Utilise the Katana inventory system to manage stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Ensure wholesale and retail orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and support a small in-house team of sewing and packing staff.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high product quality standards by performing regular checks.
- **Procurement**: Source and order materials and supplies to keep production running smoothly.
