**We are looking for a Practice Manager to join and lead our Browns Plains team**

We have an outstanding team of motivated, passionate and experienced vets at Browns Plains that are always willing to support one another and passionate about gold standards of care.

Located less than an hour from Brisbane CBD, close by to gyms, shopping centres, plenty of food options and connected seamlessly to the surrounding suburbs by public transport, Greencross Browns Plains consists of a strong and friendly team of 3 Vets and 5 Nurses, this is a caring and community focused practice with some lovely, loyal long-term clients who are willing to do what is best for their pets.

You will have previous experience leading a team along with exceptional communication skills and ready to drive our business forward using well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time 12-month contract position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with Senior Nurse or Practice Management experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
