**The Company**

**The role**
Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, you will join a team of credit officers and be responsible for credit collection within your allocated region, ensuring all account and payment processing is completed correctly within specified timeframes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily collections & allocations of customer payments
- Bank reconciliations of customer accounts
- Timely debt collection
- Negotiating payment plans
- Credit claims
- Closing A/R ledger
- Weekly Reports
- End of month reports & forecasts
- General data entry
**Success Looks Like This**
We are seeking to understand what motivates you, however if this is your experience, let’s talk
- Experience in credit collections
- Experience working with Pronto financial system is an advantage
- Strong ability to understand and interpret customer credit balances
- Strong ability to build trust and resolve queries
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills including the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly the use of Excel and Word
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to exercise judgement and work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
