**ITSM Application Support Analyst** to assist and join their Melbourne office.

**So, you think this role would be perfect for you**:

- **Do you** possess commercial experience with AWS or Azure?
- **Have you **developed a strong SQL skillset in Oracle or MSSQL?
- **Do you** have strong incident management and investigation skills, using Service Now?
- **Have you** gained experience with Java,.Net or Python?

**Let me describe the key requirements to you**:

- Proven experience to write moderate to complex database scripts/procedures and run database SQL queries
- Display knowledge working on Service Now modules including Incident Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management.
