The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our Bowral store **Responsibilities**: **will include**: - Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers - Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice - Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS - Support other team members to ensure business goals are met - Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping - Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards - Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives - Show initiative and be a great team player What are we looking for? - Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment - A genuine love and understanding of our brand - The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs - You will have outstanding communication skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - A 'can do', hands on style - A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member - You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills - Availability to work Friday (including the evening) and one weekend day.
