**About Us**:
Established in 2004, Mo’s Mobiles is an exclusive Vodafone mobile phone dealer, with over 60 retail locations across Australia. Our stores offer the latest mobile phones, mobile broadband devices and Vodafone service plans to consumers and small businesses.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Armadale store as a Sales Assistant on a full time basis. Key duties will include:

- Delivering a personalised customer experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively introduce customers to our products
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Continuously make recommendations to improve the overall business

You will need to have the flexibility to work a rotational roster which includes evenings and weekends.

**About You**:

- Keen interest in technology
- Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably within telecommunications
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $54,999.00 per year

Schedule:

- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
