**The Role**:
We are looking for a passionate information security leader to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures and standards to protect the company's information assets, including customer data and financial information. As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the company's information security program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an information security program that aligns with the company's overall business strategy
- Lead all information security activities across the organization, including incident response, risk management, and security awareness.
- Collaborate with the engineering teams to deliver innovative security solutions in response to security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Communicate security risks and present reports in board meetings to the executive leadership team.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the field of information security and make recommendations for improving the company's security posture

**Required Skills**:

- Information Security Leadership Experience - leading enterprise-scale environments
- Industry Standards & Frameworks Knowledge (ISO27001, CPG234, PCI-DSS & NIST)
- Strong technical background - leading innovation and modern technical practices
- Banking, Financial Service or Payments Background
- Strong Communication, Collaboration & Negotiation Skills
