A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As the AI and Automation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the investigation, advancement, and integration of AI and Automation solutions, aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation across our entire business operations. Your role encompasses internal systems and processes, as well as the operations of our BPO clients that have entrusted us with their outsourcing needs. Leveraging your extensive expertise in customer experience (CX), business process optimization, and systems, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our systems and processes to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation across our organization and propose innovative solutions.
- Leverage your strong understanding of business software and system integration to optimize our internal processes and systems.
- Leverage your knowledge of CX, outsourcing processes and AI technology to propose solutions to optimise processes to new and existing clients
- Present these recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external clients both of technical and non-technical nature, on findings and recommendations including vendor selection
- Engage in ongoing research to stay up-to-date with the latest AI and automation technologies, tools, and trends
- Partner with external technology firms to assist in implementation of AI and automation recommendations
- Work closely with various teams to implement the proposed AI and automation solutions, ensuring smooth integration with our existing systems and processes to achieve the recommended outcomes and targets.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide ongoing improvements to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Undertake other related tasks and initiatives as assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation of processes, AI or a related field.
- Strong understanding of and experience with business system software and software integration and development methods.
- Broad range of CX and/or business process skills, ideally within a contact centre environment, BPO or large companies with a range of processes
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to present complex information clearly and effectively, including presentations to client as required.
- Passion for AI, Automation and achieving efficiencies through software, technology, and improved business processes.
- Strong research capabilities and a proactive approach to staying current with industry developments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and decentralised organisational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive impact and effect change within an organisation.
