Our KOVA Nails & Beauty Salon is currently seeking a Salon Administrator with a friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with KPIs is an additional advantage. We specialise in high-end manicure, pedicure, lash, and brow services, offering a premium experience to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient salon operations.
- Manage client appointments and enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Sell home care products and engage with customers to enhance their salon experience.
- Maintain salon records and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support salon marketing strategies by capturing pictures and videos for social media marketing.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
