**Your Day-to-Day**
- Process orders, returns, and enquiries accurately and with attention to detail
- Manage and update customer records via CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Respond to feedback and reviews, turning each touchpoint into a moment of loyalty and connection
- Work with a close-knit team to resolve issues and ensure clients feel heard and valued
