**About the Role**

As the **Allied Health Services Manager form part of the key clinical leadership team within Greenslopes Hospital and provides professional and clinical leadership of the Allied Health services.** This includes delivering an efficient and effective service covering acute and mental health inpatient services, rehabilitation and ambulatory programs.

The role requires working with a large team multidisciplinary team, hospital managers and executive team to achieve excellence in the delivery of care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Current registration with AHPRA
- **Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience** in relevant clinical area
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Have previous experience in a private hospital setting.
- Recent rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not essential.

To succeed in this role, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele.
