**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking experienced **Bartenders** and a **Bar Supervisor** who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and can lead our talented bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. We need someone who is not just reactive but proactive - someone who embraces challenges and is eager to solve them.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- **Premium Bar Operations**: A minimum of 2 years experience in premium bar operations, with a strong focus on high-end service.
- **Mixology Mastery**:From timeless classics to bold modern creations, you have deep knowledge and genuine passion for the art of cocktail making.
- **Versatile Leadership**: Ability to supervise both bar operations and service on the floor. You’ll need to step out from behind the bar during busy service and ensure the floor runs smoothly alongside the front-of-house team.
- **Staff Mentorship**: A passion for developing and mentoring a team
- **Certified & Ready** - You hold a current NSW RSA Certificate and understand the importance of responsible service at every level.
- **Evening Availability** - You're available to work our evening service hours: _Mon-Thu: 5PM-12AM | Fri-Sat: 5PM-1AM - _when the bar comes alive and creativity flows.
