At Only About Children Brighton East our age groups have their own dedicated outdoor yard. We have eight age-based indoor rooms. These spaces have been specifically created to encourage children in their learning and growth, with a focus on safety and natural elements. We are looking for an experienced Toddler Room Leader to join the Brighton East team.

The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called "The OAC Way".

**Room Leader role**

This role is suitable for an experienced Diploma qualified Room leader. At Only About Children Brighton East, you will lead and inspire the Toddler room team and deliver a quality program.
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development and independence, well-being and school readiness.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
