Part-time Payroll Officer required for exciting long term temporary opportunity working for a national business based in Canning Vale.

Payroll Officer required for a part-time opportunity, working for a nationally renowned business based in Canning Vale. The Payroll Support Officer is responsible, in conjunction with the Finance Officer, for the Payroll Administration through the SAP Payroll System

**Hours per day: 7.6 Hours per week: 24**

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate interpretation and entering of timesheets into SAP for employees.
- Ensuring all timesheets have been received and all employees have been accounted for.
- Liaising with appropriate personnel to resolve missing timesheets.
- Answering payroll queries for weekly staff in an informative and friendly manner.
- Monitoring and reporting on missing timesheets to management.
- Performing payroll related duties as requested by the Finance Manager or Finance Officer.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience working with computerised accounting systems (SAP R/3 an advantage)
- Requires experience in Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to interpret awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
- High level of attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
