Supply Planning Leader

The Role

Bega Group have a new opportunity for a Supply Leader to join our supply and materials planning team. We are open to this team member to be based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park, NSW or the home of VEGEMITE in Port Melbourne, Victoria.

You will partner with the Supply Chain Leadership team supporting our much-loved juice and spreads categories to create optimised supply plans for the 24mth planning horizon.

This role will provide the key supply planning interface to the business to drive and deliver best for business decisions across the supply chain and deliver high levels of product availability at lowest effective cost.

You will be a Supply Leader that has significant experience in change management, with the know-how and enthusiasm to identify and problem solve supply chain issues.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop team ensuring adherence to company defined people processes- Optimise KPIs for the category, especially DIF and Dated- Provide planning support to the Supply Chain Category leadership team- Ensure successful execution of planned events (e.g. peak, capital projects and NPD)- Support supply chain to navigate unplanned events- Lead continuous improvement in planning processes and execution- Ensure accuracy of Supply Planning master data- Lead the category S&OE process (0-3 months) & the monthly Category Supply Review
