- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Computer and Social Media Knowledge essential
- Graphic design skills would be highly regarded
- Own transport essential
**Duties include**:
- Handling customer social media enquiries
- Creating Graphics for Digital Platforms
- Assisting with general office duties inc. filing and organisation
- Assisting design and sales team with administration tasks
- Maintenance of database and CRM system
- Social Media Posting
- Updating websites
**Selection Criteria**:
- Customer service
- Reliability
- Ability to multitask is essential
- High energy levels, ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong phone-based customer service experience advantageous
- Internet savvy. Looking for the type of person that can Google anything to get the answers within seconds
- Must be able to drive as public transport is limited.
- Creative and Design Skills
- Must love animals - relaxed home office environment with pets on premises
