Your Body Hub is seeking to employ a self-motivated, compassionate and efficient Reception & Back of House Attendant to join our rapidly growing team.
On offer is a part time position, up to 18 hrs per week. This role is evening and weekend work.
The role includes:
- General reception/administration duties
- Processing of payments including HICAPS
- Appointment scheduling
- Processing of Care Plan, DVA & TAC
- Stock control
- Social Media
- Maintaining and extensive cleaning of floatation pods, salt room and infrared sauna, as well as preparing multiple treatment rooms.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise
- Problem assessment and problem solving
- Information gathering and information monitoring
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong customer service orientated
- Teamwork focus and approach
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week
**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
