Graduate Wealth Management Operations Associate

Melbourne- Wealth Management- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a global wealth management business looking for a recent graduate to join their Melbourne Account Management team on an initial 12-month contract.
This role will be part of a team that supports both local and overseas teams relating to the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client accounts and data integrity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all daily processes and Service Level Agreements are met within applicable timeframes.
- Manage day to day tasks involved with account onboarding & maintenance activities including document scanning, maintaining registers and workflow management.
- Manage reporting and administration duties encompassing reporting, client welcome letters, and account maintenance activities.
- Maintaining excellent service for both internal and external clients.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in business/finance/commerce.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - experience of spreadsheets, formulae and pivot tables would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and be highly deadline oriented.
